Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Maintenance: Ensure the immaculate upkeep and cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors, presenting a welcoming environment.
  • Effective Communication: Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to address any issues or challenges that arise during shift work.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare guest rooms to a high standard, paying attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by adhering to strict cleaning protocols and ensuring all areas are spotless.
  • Trolley Management: Efficiently manage trolleys to maintain a well-organized workspace and minimize downtime.
  • Scheduled Tasks: Complete scheduled tasks on time, including vacuuming section corridor carpets daily after room cleaning.
  • Guest Privacy: Respect guests' personal space and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Anticipating Guest Needs: Proactively anticipate and meet guests' needs to exceed their expectations.
  • Recording Preferences: Record guests' preferences and special requests to ensure a tailored experience.
