About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landed housing projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
