Senior Construction Professional

As a seasoned Senior Construction Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's construction projects forward. This exciting opportunity requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the way in project planning, execution, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform measurements and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities for submission to clients.
- Obtain quotations from various suppliers and present recommendations for approval by senior management.
- Prepare and submit sub-contract/purchasing documents for review and approval.
- Authorise amendments to purchasing documents as required.
- Compute variation order claims and prepare final accounts for settlement with clients and consultants.
- Coordinate progress claims with architects and clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in quantity surveying and construction project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
