About the Role
This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations and documentation, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and prepare related quotes and documentation.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records to ensure timely and smooth operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve operational efficiency.
- Work with external partners to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
- Maintain pricing information to support competitiveness.
- Assist in organizing client records and reports.
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
