Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist.

This is a key role within our fulfillment process, where you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing items for customer orders.

  • Pick and pack items for customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and delivery.
  • Ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Label and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Meet or exceed daily performance standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or retail experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move cartons.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or order management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours as needed.
