Job Title: Temporary Admin Assistant

Description:
This role requires a diligent and detail-oriented individual to support the processing of various financial aid and academic awards' schemes administered by the division. Key responsibilities include checking and assessing applicants' application forms and supporting documents based on set criteria, following up with applicants on outstanding documents, flagging out exceptional cases for deliberation, creating applicants' awards into relevant systems, and managing enquiries, complaints, and appeals from stakeholders.

Requirements:
Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of administrative work experience and/or experience in handling financial aid and awards' schemes. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential. Passionate individuals who are self-motivated and disciplined with a positive attitude will thrive in this role. Meticulousness and good calculation skills are also necessary. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A team player who is process/detail-oriented and organized will excel in this position.
