        The Management Associate will be responsible for:

        • Assisting C-suite management: The Management Associate will assist the C-suite management in overseeing the development of strategic business initiatives.
        • Preparing budgets and reports: The Management Associate will aid in the preparation of semi-annual budgets and ad-hoc management reports.
        • Supporting business development: The Management Associate will support business and product development initiatives, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
        • Ensuring smooth functioning of management committees: The Management Associate will ensure the smooth functioning and administration of various management committees.
        • Serving as a subject matter expert: The Management Associate will serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
        • Performing ad-hoc duties: The Management Associate will perform any ad-hoc duties as required.Requirements

          The ideal candidate will have:

          • Academic and/or life experience: The candidate should have academic and/or life experience that indicates an analytical, disciplined, and intellectually curious mind.
          • Interest in built environment: The candidate should have an interest in the built environment.
          • Ability to plan and execute complex projects: The candidate should be able to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects with multiple workstreams and across cultures.
          • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: The candidate should have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation/report writing skills, combined with the ability to appreciate business dynamics and commercial value drivers.
          • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Applications, including MS Teams, Power BI, and MS Office skills.
          • Self-motivation and ability to work independently: The candidate should be self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
          • High proficiency in English: The candidate should have high proficiency in both verbal and written English.
