About the Role

This role involves managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, post-advertisement processes, and leave management.

You will oversee corporate insurance and claim administration, perform payroll functions, and process claims.

Additionally, you will handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes, prepare employment, confirmation, and warning letters, and manage quota administration.

Other responsibilities include organizing employee contracts, certificates, and documents, managing office administration tasks, and conducting orientation and briefings on staff benefits.

You will also review, propose, and implement staff benefits and welfare programs, coordinate with government agencies, and ensure timely submissions of government and related claims.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in MOM-related compliance matters or similar government ministry requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with the Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $5,000 - $6,500 per month.
