  • Support GL/accounting system design, ensuring alignment with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.">
  • Collaborate with risk teams to identify, analyze, and document risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and related process controls.">
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs with stakeholders across the enterprise.">
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and QA teams.">
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), process reengineering, and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis in financial services, with exposure to Operations, Accounting, and Risk functions.">
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger systems, and financial reconciliations.">
  • Experience working with risk management frameworks, risk assessment, and controls documentation.">
  • Demonstrated experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) development and business process optimization.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.">
  • Proficiency with BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.">
  • Ability to work in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of banking products, loan servicing, or financial reporting standards.">
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as Basel III, IFRS, or SOX.">
