  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to build a high-performing operations team that is equipped to tackle complex challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in an operations management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive change and improve processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in operations software/tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite) to leverage technology for efficiency.
