Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Operational Excellence Analyst. This role presents an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to deepen their problem-solving abilities by tackling complex challenges in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and optimise logistics processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ground Operations Improvement: Identify, propose, and implement improvements in ground operations for a more streamlined workflow.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data, providing insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Project Management: Design initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidates with Expected Graduation: In 2025 or recent graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Curiosity and Passion: Exhibit curiosity, passionate to understand the whys, and dedicated to solving problems and creating impact.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Hands-On Approach: Willing to get your hands dirty and work with ground ops, to implement improvements. Some travel will be required.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in operational processes.
