Facilities Support Professional

We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Facilities Support Professional to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.
This role involves conducting regular inspections to ensure facilities are in good order and condition, as well as providing setup support for events and meetings as needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the general cleanliness of premises and equipment, and will also be required to supervise and coordinate the Operation Support Assistant (Housekeeping) on daily supervisory checks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be adaptable to changing circumstances. In addition to the core responsibilities listed above, the Facilities Support Professional will also be required to:
- Support logistics and inventory management;
- Train new cleaning staff on established procedures and safety protocols;
- Supervise in-house staff and outsourced vendors;
- Check and collect food from caterers and ensure accuracy;
- Respond promptly to user reports of faults and follow up on all issues;
- Ensure ad-hoc work and preventive maintenance are carried out efficiently and on time;
- Monitor and manage inventory quantities for residents and staff.
For this role, we require GCE O Level or NITEC certification, as well as hands-on work experience in a similar environment. Service orientation, independence, resourcefulness, and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this position.
