Job Opportunity: Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional facilities management services.

About the Role

This role will involve providing support towards the primary goal of the FM Unit, ensuring continuous uninterrupted operations of buildings, plant equipment, all infrastructural assets, and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing upgrading and renovation projects, supervising FM Service Providers, and providing technical support to users' requests.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Facilities Management or a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. They will also have at least 2 years of experience in facilities management and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing tender packages.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support towards the primary goal of the FM Unit, ensuring continuous uninterrupted operations of buildings, plant equipment, all infrastructural assets, and facilities.
  • Execute upgrading and renovation projects, ensuring that facilities service providers deliver quality works.
  • Supervise FM Service Providers, ensuring that quality work is timely delivered and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Provide technical support to users' requests, including maintenance and repair services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Degree in Facilities Management or a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities management and project management.
  • Experience in calling for quotations, tender, and managing tender packages.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Will be required to travel to multiple locations and carry out weekend works.
