As a seasoned facilities professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the upkeep of our properties. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of facilities in assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the facilities in assigned locations, working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular checks and performance reviews with contractors to ensure high standards are met.
  • Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective project management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all maintenance works and projects.
  • Ensure that facility management and security meet all required certifications.
  • Assist in new compound developments and respond to critical faults in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Building or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant property/facilities maintenance experience.
  • Candidates certified as Fire Safety Managers will be at an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
