Job Summary

You will be responsible for handling patient inquiries related to bills, claims, and payments through various communication channels. Additionally, you will perform cashier duties and assist with the collection of statistical information as well as Quality Improvement projects.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have a diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience and be a good team player. In addition, you should be independent, adaptable to change, and customer-oriented with a flair for numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner

• Perform cashier duties and process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Assist with the collection of statistical information and contribute to Quality Improvement projects

• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements

• Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly motivated and independent with a flair for numbers

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
