Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of customer service and administrative skills.

You will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and email inquiries, following up on patient concerns, and maintaining accurate records of daily takings and invoices.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up on patient concerns to ensure resolution.
  • Assist with cashiering, billing, and payment collections.
  • Coordinate and confirm patient appointments to minimize wait times.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily takings and invoices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in patients and manage the clinic counter.
  • Perform daily inventory control and maintain a tidy workspace.
Requirements:
  • Able to work retail hours.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a team player attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualifications or above.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience in a clinic or spa environment is preferred.
  • Ability to start work within a short notice period is an advantage.
