
Tender & Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee the entire tendering process while driving business development initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, as you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely submission of tenders.
- Leading the end-to-end tender management process, including document preparation, bid submission, and post-tender follow-ups, and debriefing sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Reviewing contracts, NDAs, and agreements to mitigate risks, ensure alignment with company objectives, and identify opportunities for value addition.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather necessary information, secure approvals, and align on tender strategies for submission.
- Maintaining a centralized database of tender documents, agreements, contracts, and performance metrics to streamline future submissions and improve tracking.
- Continuously improving tendering and business development processes by implementing best practices and efficiency measures.
- Driving lead generation efforts by proactively identifying potential opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking activities.
