Senior Leadership Role

The Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership.

  • Coordinate centre activities, design programme frameworks, and oversee financial, administrative, and outreach activities.
Responsibilities

The incumbent will:

  1. Design and coordinate programmes, manage partnerships and events, and ensure grant administration compliance.
  2. Lead the planning, organization, and execution of centre activities, ensuring objectives are met and quality standards maintained.
  3. Engage with external speakers and content contributors, oversee event execution, and provide guidance to administrative staff.
  4. Manage grants, facilitate administrative processes, and report on grant outcomes.
  5. Responsible for financial planning, resource allocation, and budgetary oversight.
  6. Develop outreach strategies, maintain engagement with members, and manage branding matters.
  7. Provide high-level operational and strategic support to the Lead PI.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Science, or Engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in academia, research, or a related sector.
  • Proven experience in grant management, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships across various sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
