Job Description

Singapore is a leading institution in the region, dedicated to showcasing contemporary art from a Southeast Asian perspective. As a Public Art Programme Leader, you will play a key role in developing and executing engaging public art programmes that connect art and artists with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead programme development and execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver schedules, operational plans, and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to foster synergies between departments, cultivate opportunities, and develop outreach strategies.
  • Identify and develop strategic programme partners, working with partnership managers and relevant departments.
  • Generate content, including programme materials, reports, marketing, and online information.
  • Manage projects, processes, and procedures under your responsibility.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the arts and culture sector or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Art Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Creative, motivated, dynamic, and outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
