">About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned programme management leader to spearhead our Fintech FX initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth and deliver high-impact projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programme strategies that align with business objectives
- Lead and motivate programme teams to deliver high-quality results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate programme risks
- Monitor programme progress and report on key performance indicators
">Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in programme management, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment
- Proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate programme risks
