Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at RHB Singapore. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business relationships and deepening existing ones, while also driving revenue growth and credit quality.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Middle Market Enterprises (MMEs) to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.
- Credit Review: Conduct thorough credit reviews to proactively monitor credit quality, recognize potential problems early, and implement strategies to prevent or minimize loan defaults or non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Client Servicing: Provide exceptional client service to meet customer service standards and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Facility Utilization: Increase facility utilization rates among current MME customers to enhance RHB Singapore's share of wallet.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Banking or Finance preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MME banking with a strong business network and proven track record of acquiring new business accounts.
- Credit Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management and commercial/corporate credit processing, evaluation, and appraisal.
- Skills: Strong credit writing and analytical skills, excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
