Subject Matter Expert Trainer

Job Description:

Vocational training is an essential part of our organization. We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert Trainer to deliver impactful vocational training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the content and subject matter of the vocational courses they will be training. They will serve as a go-to resource for trainers, learners, and colleagues seeking clarification or insights.

Key responsibilities include facilitating engaging and impactful vocational training sessions, leveraging expertise in varied instructional techniques such as case studies and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.

Additionally, the successful candidate will tailor existing vocational courses to meet specific organizational requirements and adapt examples, case studies, and scenarios to resonate with in-house contexts.

They will also support other vocational trainers by sharing best practices, tips, and effective training strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the vocational training team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Professional certification in adult learning (ACTA/ACLP, DACE, DDDLP etc) preferred
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Strong command of the written and spoken English
