Job Title: Vocational Training Expert

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Training Expert to join our team. As a key member of our instructional team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful vocational training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education/training, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. A diploma/degree in any discipline is required, and a strong command of written and spoken English is essential.

You will work closely with instructional designers to create and enhance vocational training materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. Your expertise as a subject matter expert will enable you to provide clarity and insights on course content, enhancing learning outcomes for our learners.

  • Deliver vocational training sessions that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine training programs, incorporating feedback and best practices.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing training materials for accuracy and consistency.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching other trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team. This role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to travel between locations, and the ability to work independently.
