
Strategic Talent Acquisition and Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to spearhead our talent management initiatives, driving all aspects of employee engagement, performance development, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR programs aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Manage a full spectrum of HR activities, including compensation and benefits, employee welfare, training and development, and performance appraisal processes.
- Enhance and oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual development plans, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Provide expert HR advisory and support to department heads and senior leadership, leveraging knowledge of local employment laws and best practices.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, motivated, and productive work environment, driving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Identify skill and competency gaps and design effective training programs to address these needs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with more than 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity, demonstrating leadership skills and expertise.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices, with a proven ability to manage performance frameworks and drive employee development.
