Cargo Sales Professional

A challenging position in air cargo sales is currently available. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and contribute to the growth of our company.
As a cargo sales officer, you will be responsible for promoting air cargo capacity and securing bookings from clients and freight forwarders. You will also liaise with airline partners, operations teams, and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote cargo capacity and secure bookings from clients and freight forwarders
- Liaise with airline partners, operations teams, and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement
- Monitor market trends, freight rates, and space availability to support competitive positioning
- Prepare accurate sales reports and follow up promptly on client requests
- Support senior sales staff in achieving overall team targets
- Minimum 1 year of experience in air cargo sales, freight forwarding, or airline/GSA support
- Knowledge of Singapore airfreight processes and market practices
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Hands-on exposure to air cargo sales and logistics operations
