**Key Responsibilities**:

- Increase agents' spend on SQ and swing loads to support flights
- Understand agents' space requirement and work with Head Office for space
- Monitor sales’ service levels and manage complaints from agents or shippers and take remedial action if necessary
- Increase in Sales Revenue, Loads and Yield for the respective regions
- Obtain hard block and soft block space from Commercial Planning department
- Formulate sales and pricing strategy and set direction for the sales team
- Conduct market research and provide sales team with relevant data to assist in their sales (e.g. Tableau, WorldACD stats, Changi Airport Group data, etc)
- Coordinate SIN Sales response for RFQ from various agents, and headquarters Global team
- Staff admin matters are handed orderly
- Oversee a team of sales staff for all sales related matters and other administrations duties (for example: leave approvals, coverage duties etc )

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Possess a University Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years of Sales/Operations experience, preferably in the cargo industry
- Strong marketing knowledge and understanding of the local cargo market, supply chain management and logistics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
- Ability to lead a team
- Preferably with class 3 driving license
- Highly motivated individual
- Able to perform under stress
