Join a fast-growing beauty brand committed to delivering real results in hair. We are now hiring a full-time specialist to own and optimize the entire online sales funnel-turning clicks into conversions and visitors into loyal customers.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing user behavior across various platforms, planning, executing, and reporting on A/B tests for product pages, landing pages, checkout, and upsell flows. They will also optimize mobile and desktop experiences for higher conversion rates and average order value (AOV). Additionally, they will improve overall site user experience with Conversion Rate Optimization best practices and data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user behavior across Shopify, GA4, and Hotjar to identify friction points
  • Plan, execute, and report on A/B tests for product pages, landing pages, checkout, and upsell flows
  • Optimize mobile and desktop experiences for higher conversion rates and AOV
  • Improve overall site UX with CRO best practices and data-backed decisions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience (Shopify or DTC brands preferred)
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and AOV
Preferred Skills
  • Strong grasp of tools: GA4, Hotjar, Shopify analytics, A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Convert, Google Optimize)
  • Strong sense of UX/UI and mobile-first design
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented with testing mindset
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
