Strategic HR Leader

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic HR Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with senior leaders and HR teams to develop and execute people strategies.

About the Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists to deliver HR services and initiatives.
  • Buid relationships with senior stakeholders and managers to display professional credibility.
  • Develop knowledge of business needs and translate them into HR agendas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver HR solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • Educate employees on policy changes and gather feedback.
  • Plan and implement HR programs and continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage employee relations matters and disciplinary cases.
About the Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to diagnose current state and recommend forward approaches.
  • Familiarity with local employment law and HR practices.
  • Collaborative, agile, and resourceful.
