Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive business growth through strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR transformation, culture building, and strategic workforce planning
