Job Title: AVP, Trade Services Operations

The role of the AVP, Trade Services Operations involves overseeing the execution of trade services operations, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Transaction Management: The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and managing transactions in accordance with approved authorities and matrices.
  • System Management: They will oversee the operation of various trade processing systems, perform daily reconciliation of documents, and execute End-of-Day (EOD) operations.
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Country Sanctions: The AVP will handle AML and country sanction matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Document Management: They will be responsible for safekeeping documents and Export LCs, as well as performing document checking functions in accordance with checking limit matrices.
  • Team Support: The AVP will provide guidance to junior staff, support other team members as needed, and participate in or lead project/ad hoc work as assigned.
  • Reporting and Compliance: They will report cases of errors and incidents to management and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including HOP and IOP.
