We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and evolving ERP solutions to meet our clients' complex business demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including requirements gathering, documentation, design, testing, training, and support
- Document and communicate issues to project management
- Identify software or service opportunities for existing and new clients and opportunities that support growth initiatives
- Work with customers and development consultants to document business and technical processes, requirements for custom development needs
- Assist with application updates and upgrades
- Provide on-going support to customers including following-up on tickets with appropriate urgency
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of five to seven years of ERP implementation experience
- Minimum of seven years of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Limited travel to customer sites (10%)
