Additionally, you will be responsible for building integrations, participating in feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing, leading end user training, and providing application support. If you have a diploma or bachelor's degree and up to 3 years of experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements
  • Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to solution proposed
  • Complete design/configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and key third-party products
  • Produce project documentation
  • Build integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integrations based off requirements
  • Participate in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Lead end user training for clients
  • Provide application support
  • Assist with escalation support for help desk
  • Support Senior Consultants and Business Central team lead
  • Obtain and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, as applicable

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Up to 3 years of experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central, desirable
  • Demonstrated proficiency with implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Unmatched client service skills
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into system configuration and processes
  • Excellent documentation and business writing skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and process
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines
