Job Opportunity: Culinary Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic culinary expert to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute dishes in accordance with our menu standards and quality expectations.
  • Manage a designated area of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting adherence to proper techniques and hygiene practices.
  • Maintain high levels of kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu offerings and improve existing dishes based on guest feedback.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the Head Chef.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and storage meet the required safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide timely and high-quality service during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a culinary leader or senior chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Western cuisine is highly valued, although adaptability to our unique fusion style is essential.
  • PASSION FOR CREATIVE COOKING AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL ARE ESSENTIAL QUALITIES FOR THIS ROLE.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during peak service periods.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
