About the Role:

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality food and beverages in a timely manner.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing and executing dishes in accordance with our menu standards and quality expectations.
  • Managing a designated area of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff, promoting adherence to proper techniques and hygiene practices.
  • Maintaining high levels of kitchen cleanliness and ensuring compliance with relevant food safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new menu offerings and improve existing dishes based on guest feedback.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and communicating needs to the Head Chef.
  • Ensuring that all food preparation and storage meet the required safety and hygiene standards.
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide timely and high-quality service during busy periods.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A proven track record as a culinary leader or senior chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Western cuisine, although adaptability to our unique fusion style is essential.
  • Passion for creative cooking, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during peak service periods.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
