Job Description

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading and training kitchen staff to maintain cultural values and food production standards.

You will assist in recipe development, ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes, and control food quality, portions, and inventory.

Additionally, you will communicate with the team and other departments to support smooth kitchen operations and enforce hygiene standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Sous Chef, preferably with a luxury brand or Michelin restaurant.

Preferably with a Level 3 (or higher) Food Safety and Hygiene certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and a team player with the ability to learn quickly.

High attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
