Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to fill a Chef de Partie position in our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in managing a kitchen section and leading a team of Commis Chefs. You will be required to work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure seamless operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, using fresh ingredients and adhering to restaurant specifications.
  • Manage a kitchen section, including stock control, rotation, and waste management.
  • Lead a team of Commis Chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure seamless operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-fledged kitchen, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
  • Food hygiene and safety certification.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
