Chief Financial Process Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, perform variance analysis, and provide insights on key financial trends and deviations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end and year-end financial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Oversight of preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Performance of variance analysis and provision of insights on key financial trends and deviations.
- Management of general ledger reconciliations and assurance of integrity of accounting records.
- Preparation, review, and analysis of detailed P&L statements for various business units.
- Compliance with MAS regulations, including monitoring and reporting of key financial ratios and thresholds.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of MAS reporting requirements and financial regulations in Singapore.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
