Service Excellence Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Excellence Representative to join our team. As a Service Excellence Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive at our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch service to patients by assisting with registration and answering their queries.
- Ensure a smooth check-in process for patients and handle inquiries related to appointment schedules.
- Handle patient information with confidentiality and maintain high standards of data protection.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized waiting area, creating a welcoming environment for patients.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Min N/O Levels or equivalent qualification
- No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
- Basic computer literacy for tasks such as patient registration
- Flexibility to start work at varying times, including early morning shifts
