The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Duty Manager in driving revenue growth, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and promoting a positive brand image through effective communication with team members.

Key responsibilities include handling guest billing and inquiries, managing cash and foreign exchange transactions, and participating in programs to enhance team engagement and uphold brand service standards. Additionally, the ideal candidate will assist with workload planning, establish performance goals, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

The selected candidate will also handle room assignments, manage reports, perform food and beverage service, organize guest areas, and provide exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum high school or secondary education, preferably a college degree. Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and proficiency in English are essential. Previous hotel operations experience is an advantage.
