Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at Stellar Lifestyle PTE. LTD. as a key member of our commercial property leasing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies and trade mix plans for our commercial properties, including MRT, LRT stations, and bus interchanges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies and trade mix plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
  • Source and secure new tenants, negotiate lease terms, and monitor lease agreements
  • Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with local planning regulations and land laws
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit leasing reports and budgets to management
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Preferably a degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
