Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Community Operations Specialist to lead our community growth and management across key platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and YouTube. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our community remains active, engaging, and well-connected to the game.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and expand our community across key platforms, ensuring it remains vibrant, engaging, and inclusive.
  2. Monitor player discussions, capture and organize feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  3. Keep players informed on updates and changes, ensuring they feel heard and valued as part of the community.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with core players, encouraging meaningful contributions and fostering high-quality discussions.
  5. Stay updated on the game's mechanics, updates, and strategies to effectively connect player needs with development direction.
Requirements:
  • Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting professionally with global players.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage for engaging with regional players and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with overseas community platforms (Discord, Reddit, YouTube) is essential.
  • Active participation in gaming communities is a strong plus.
  • Passionate gamer, with prior experience in strategy/SLG games, is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Patient and professional, with strong stress resilience.
