Job Summary

The ideal candidate will lead engagement and expert communities within the Product, Technology, and UX organization. They will be responsible for facilitating expert community leaders to deliver impactful content and managing administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitive strategies to maintain a leading-edge community engagement approach.
  • Develop sustainable content, guidelines, and frameworks to support growing Communities.
  • Plan and execute regular communications, events, and all-hands calls to align with peers across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software development environments, including enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • 3-5 years of building communities in product or technology settings.
  • Proficiency in public speaking, content creation, and event facilitation.
  • A strong network across diverse communities and social media platforms.
