Job Overview

The Quality Control Engineer is a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence and service reliability.

This position collaborates with Division/Department/Project Managers to deliver high-quality outputs.

  • To work closely with the QA Team to develop and implement quality control processes that meet industry standards.
  • To identify and rectify defects, discrepancies, or other issues affecting product quality.
  • To maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including testing results and corrective actions taken.

In addition to these primary duties, the successful candidate will also have opportunities to contribute to process improvements and participate in professional development initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Control Process Development: Collaborate with the QA Team to establish and maintain quality control processes that align with industry best practices.
  2. Defect Identification and Rectification: Identify defects, discrepancies, or other issues affecting product quality and take corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, including testing results and corrective actions taken.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. A degree in Engineering or a related field; preferably with relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
  2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  4. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
