Job Title: Accounts and Sales Admin Assistant

Chuan Leong Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Sales Admin Assistant to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare GST submissions.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
