Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Support Specialist at SURPASS STAFFING PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for assisting the Key Account Manager/Executive in various tasks. This includes reviewing incoming enquiries, sourcing items from overseas and local vendors, following up on quotations with customers, and processing customer orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and issuing purchase orders and proforma invoices to vendors, coordinating documentation for shipment, and assisting the Accounts Department in following up on payments. Furthermore, you will be required to assist colleagues during their absence and perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma or University Graduate qualification, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be committed, responsible, and aggressive in your work approach. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
