About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end repair process within our service business. This includes lead generation, sales funnel management, and opportunity management, as well as the execution of service orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire repair business process from initial lead to final service order
  • Drive Sales Lead and Opportunity Management – ensure sales leads are generated by planners achieve targets, identify and track repair leads to convert them into viable opportunities
  • Drive Sales Funnel Management - maintain visibility across the repair sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition from one stage to the next
  • Monitor opportunities owners to update the status of each opportunity, identify any bottlenecks, and work with operation teams to accelerate the conversion process

This role plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between identifying opportunities and converting them into actual orders. You will focus on supporting supervisors and operations managers to effectively manage and convert proactive opportunities, especially larger or capital expenditure (CAPEX) opportunities.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of KONE's repair operational processes
  • Able to use KONE tendering tools and KFM/KONNECT/SAP knowledge
  • Understanding of complex jobs and ability to attend site as needed
  • Technical knowledge of repairs and relevant product and solution knowledge
  • Customer service mindset and collaborative mindset
