Component Repair Operations Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of component repair operations. This includes managing a team of skilled technicians, coordinating with various functions such as sales and customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction in all engine maintenance programs.

Key responsibilities include planning and controlling repair production, allocating manpower and resources to meet monthly engine delivery commitments, and managing component repair revenue hours to meet productivity hit ratio and profit targets.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/aeronautical engineering degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience as a production manager or workshop manager in the aviation industry.

Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering Degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a production manager or workshop manager in the aviation industry
  • Knowledge and experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and MRO of gas turbine engines
  • Proven leadership track record with strong ability to drive and deliver results
