Repairing Complex Components

We are seeking a skilled Component Repair Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, including tack welding machines, powder blenders, and grit blast machines.
The role involves applying braze material onto required areas of hardware, ensuring all operations are performed in accordance with Work Instructions, and maintaining the cleanliness of hardware and samples.
Additionally, the individual will perform scheduled maintenance tasks, liaise with relevant personnel on production, quality, EHS, materials, and maintenance concerns, and assist in the integration and training of new employees.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with tack welding machines, power blenders, and grit blast machines. They should also possess a minimum GCE 'O' level qualification or 3 years of relevant experience.
The successful candidate should be able to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and standard operating procedures in English. A steady hand for effective control of alloy application tools, knowledge of industrial safety regulations, and teamwork skills are preferred qualities.
This is an entry-level position with full-time employment opportunities. The job function falls under Engineering and Information Technology, with industries focused on Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing.
