Front Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at THE SINGAPORE RESORT & SPA.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the hotel's trading, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, and maintaining the safety and security of the property.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's operation, including supervision and control of all Front Office areas.
- Represent the Senior Management and handle guest complaints in a professional manner, using tact and diplomacy to resolve issues quickly.
- Lead the Front Office communication and co-ordinate the overall lobby activity, including daily and weekly briefings with the Front Office Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and incident reports in the Duty Manager's Logbook.
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-4 years related experience in Front Office, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Able to work shift, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with knowledge of Opera System an advantage.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around SGD $5,000 - $7,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, paid annual leave, and opportunities for career growth and development.
