Job Title: Cash Flow Specialist

The role of Cash Flow Specialist involves managing the financial flow of an organization by ensuring timely payments, processing receipts, and reconciling accounts. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Invoicing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for sales channels, adhering to contract terms, menu pricing, and applicable taxes.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts to ensure payments match issued invoices, follow up on discrepancies such as short payments or billing disputes.
  • Collection & Follow-Up: Monitor aging reports, perform timely follow-ups on outstanding payments, and collaborate with operations teams to resolve customer issues delaying payments.
  • Payment Processing & Receipts: Record incoming payments (bank transfers, cheques, credit card settlements, cash) and reconcile receipts with POS reports or third-party platform settlements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly AR aging reports and collection status, highlighting overdue accounts and recommending provisions or write-offs where necessary.
  • Audit & Compliance: Maintain accurate and organized AR records for internal or external audit, proper documentation of invoices, contracts, credit notes, etc.
  • Credit Control: Assist in customer credit assessment and recommend credit terms, monitor credit limits, and flag at-risk accounts.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in finance
  • Diploma or Higher Nitec in Finance and Account
  • Organized, resourceful, able to multitask
  • Effective communication with all staff levels
  • Fresh graduates welcome
